3 Easy Green Magic recipes to boost your immune system

Apple Bircher


  • 30g oats
  • 60g mixed sultanas, dried sour cherries, dried goji berries
  • 1 tbsp No.16 Green Superfoods
  • 2 tbsp milled linseed
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 120ml apple juice
  • A splash of milk of your choice

How to enjoy:

1) Pour the oats and mixed dried fruit, No.16, milled linseed and grated apple in a container. Pour the apple juice over and stir well. Put the lid on the container and leave in the fridge overnight to soak.

2) In the morning, when you’re ready to eat, add a splash of milk to bring the Apple Bircher to the consistency of porridge and stir well.

3) Serve with a dollop of yogurt and your choice of toppings.


Smashed Avocado on Toast


  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp No.16 Green Superfoods
  • Lime Juice
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

How to enjoy...

1) Slice and toast the bread and mash the avocado into a bowl with the No.16 Green Superfoods, a pinch of salt, a squeeze of lime juice and chilli flakes to taste then mix.

2) When the bread is toasted, butter or drizzle with a little oil (optional) then spread the avocado smash on top and garnish with some coriander.


Green Boost Smoothie Bowl


  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp No.16 Green Superfoods
  • 150ml milk of your choice

How to enjoy:

1) Roughly chop the avocado and banana, put all of the ingredients into a blender, liquidiser or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

2) Pour into a bowl and top with stripes of granola, toasted seeds, fruit and chia.

3) This smoothie is intended to be thick and spoon-able, if you’d prefer to drink it, add more more milk to the mix.
