To pause or cancel, you will have to do this at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew. For example, if you have taken out a subscription on 1st May for our 15-day pack, you would have to cancel before the 14th day before midnight. If you cancel after the 15- or 30-day period, your payment will still be taken, and your order will be processed.
