Subscriptions can be updated, paused or cancelled at any time. These changes can be made over the phone or via your account.

If you cannot access your account, don't hesitate to contact customer services via phone 0333 000 7788 or email info@proto-col.com.   

To pause or cancel, you will have to do this at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew. For example, if you have taken out a subscription on 1st May for our 15-day pack, you would have to cancel before the 14th day before midnight. If you cancel after the 15- or 30-day period, your payment will still be taken, and your order will be processed.
