DIRECTIONS

Pure Collagen 2500:

Take four capsules daily. Either swallow capsules with liquid, or break them open and sprinkle the collagen hydrolysate powder onto foods or stir it into drinks.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements must not be used to substitute a healthy diet and lifestyle. Do not exceed 16 capsules per day.

Store in a cool, dry place.

 

Green Magic:

Take 1 to 3 teaspoons (3 – 9 grams) of Green Magic each day. For optimum results take at least two servings daily (2 teaspoons). Stir into water, juices and smoothies, sprinkle over salads and desserts or try swirling Green Magic into cooling porridge.

Do not exceed stated recommended amounts.
