proto-col green magic and proto-col collagen have been at the core of my recovery from injury and the climb back to the top of International sport.

James started Modern Pentathlon at the age of 14 but also before this James swam for Wantage White Horses SC as well as running for the school cross country team. Both disciples provided  a good starting base for James Modern Pentathlon career as well as attending Millfield school,  Street from the ages of 14 -18 whose sporting excellence is internationally known for.

Outside of sport James is a  foodie and loves fine dining and a good red wine and cooking for friends and family as well as spending time with his family  Other than competitive sports, James also enjoys water skiing.

James also enjoys travelling to hot countries for holidays and to relax and catching up with the latest movie.

James ambition is to own a home abroad.
