In our last green magic blog on Wednesday 23rd July we looked at what a product needed to have to be classed as a superfood and why green magic is a true superfood.  We looked at 5 of the 16 nutritionally dense ingredients and in today’s blog we will look at the remaining ingredients.

The ingredients that we discussed last time were Hawaiian Spirulina, Soy Lecithin, CO Enzyme (COQ10), Royal Jelly and Broken Cell Wall Chlorella.  Each of these ingredients are superfoods in their own rights and offer real health and well-ness benefits.
