Today is #MagicMonday and this weeks smoothie recipe is berrylicious brought to you by our very own Team proto-col athlete, Chris Roxburgh a GB Duathlete.

You will need the following ingredients to make this week’s smoothie.

  • 140g of berries – we chose:
    • blackberries
    • rasperries
    • strawberries
    • blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml of apple juice
