This weeks #MagicMonday recipe is the Gingerbread smoothie featuring James Greenwell and team proto-col expert Dr Nicola Rowley.
To make Nicola’s smoothie you will need the following ingredients:
– 2 Bananas
– 1 tsp Ginger
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 1 tbsp Honey
– 200ml Goats milk
