Welcome to our on-line store. On-Group Ltd and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Customer support and service

If you require any assistance please telephone us on 0844 811 2905 between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Thursday and 9:00am and 5:00pm on Fridays. You can leave a message outside these hours.

Stock availability

We try to keep everything in stock, however this isn't always possible. If an item is out of stock, we will email you within 2 working days of placing your order. Please email info@on-group.co.uk or telephone us on 0844 811 2905 to check stock availability if delivery of your order is urgent.

Delivery time

Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 2 working days. However, you should allow up to 4 days, especially at busy times. Please email info@proto-col.co.uk or telephone 0844 811 2905 if your order is very urgent and requires a next day service. For next day delivery, please ensure that you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order before 1pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day, however, please note that delivery will be next working day. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery costs

The delivery cost for each item has been calculated according to weight and size and this amount will be shown when you reach the checkout. Please select the delivery option suitable for your location (UK, Europe or Rest of the World). We normally use the Royal Mail 2-3 day track able service within the UK where you are able to request a safe place for the parcel to be left.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from On-Group. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us. Items should be returned within 30 days if you would like a refund or exchange. The item(s) being returned need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged, unopened and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalised and/or used, unless it is deemed to be faulty.

Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs will be the responsibility of the sender, not proto-col and cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of posting to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 3-5 working days. Replacements will be sent free of charge if the item is faulty or damaged.

Special Offers

Unless otherwise stated, On-Group Ltd special offers are available to retail customers within the UK only. This includes weekly eshot offers and direct mail special offers. If the offer is open to trade customers and overseas customers we will clearly state within the offer and notify all customers concerned.

Does On-Group Share the Information It Receives?

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How secure is information about me?

We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Cancellation of an order

You can cancel your order at any time. If the goods have been dispatched already then you have 30 days to return your order to receive a refund. We cannot however refund any postage costs, either to send your order out or to receive it back.
