MSM is a natural source of sulphur. Sulphur is an essential component in all life forms and it is involved in amino acid production. Amino acids are in connective tissues, hair, skin, nails, enzymes, hormones and immunoglobulins. MSM may regulate immune function and could potentially improve osteoarthritic conditions, reduce lung dysfunction and diminish negative response to inhaled allergens.

 

Directions of Use: Take one capsule daily with food.  A larger dose can be taken if necessary.
